What is the duration of sessions?

Sessions are 50-60 minutes in duration.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

As long as I have 24 hours’ notice there is no charge for a cancelled or re scheduled appointment. How-ever it is my policy to charge for missed appointments or cancellations where this time is not given as this affects my availability.
What are your fees?

Counselling/psychotherapy; the cost is 60 euro per session. You can find a full list of my pricing on the 'Prices' page of this website.
What happens at the first session?

At the first session we discuss; how we are going to work, discuss and agree on a contract, your concerns, issues, your expectations etc from therapy.
How often do I need to attend?

This can be discussed at the first session and will depend on your individual needs.
