I offer a range of services tailored to the needs of each individual.
No two situations are ever the same, and I offer a bespoke and confidential service.

Please note: during lockdown, Marian is continuing to provide a small number of face to face sessions following all HSE snd government guidelines and restrictions.
She is also offering online counselling and psychotherapy sessions online via Zoom, GoToMeeting and Skype etc. Telephone sessions including WhatsApp and FaceTime are also available.

GROUP WORK
Marian facilitates workshops using many forms of creative expression e.g. journal writing, art, visualisation, silence and extensive use of the labyrinth.
A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It is a metaphor for life's journey.
It is a path/journey to your center and your deepest self. Walking the labyrinth can help us learn more about ourselves and our relationship with others and deepens our connection to our spiritual center.
Family Constellation
One to One and group sessions look at the dynamics within the family which are presenting difficulties in your life today. It looks back and considers at least three generations and works towards creating balance.

Shamanic Energy Work
Shamanic healing works with the soul.
One to one sessions and group workshops. Shamanic healing can be used to deepen your knowledge of yourself, harness the power that lives within you, through and around you to live a more meaningful and purposeful life.

Holotropic Breathwork
My experience of Holotropic Breathwork for over 20 years has brought me to levels within myself which have brought me to live a more peaceful and meaningful life. Together with my training as a facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork I bring my knowledge and experience to my work with others. I trust that each person has " an inner healer" which takes them where they need to go within themselves.

Organisational Consultancy
This work involves working with teams groups and organisations wishing to seek clarity regarding e g stuck-ness, power struggles, conflict, any issue effecting people and teams in the work place.
LABYRYNTH WALK/MEDITATION
I facilitate and offer to individuals and groups, the opportunity to walk the labyrinth. It is a walking meditation which takes your attention away from the busyness of the world outside and connects you with your inner self

A labyrinth is a walking meditation. It is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness, a metaphor for life's journey--a journey to the center of your deepest self and back out again into the world with a broadened understanding of who you are. It is a spiritual tool that can help you find your way.
